If your brand needs to be competitive, I can help. My name is Michael Adler Miltersen, an Art Director and Designer with two decades of experience. I come from the Danish Advertising School in Copenhagen, and I’ve worked at agencies like GREY and KGN BRANDS. But now, I work directly with clients.

I specialize in creating content such as storytelling, brand identity, logos, creative strategy, graphic and UI/UX design, websites/landing pages, social media, pitch decks, physical print media and more. At the core of all is Art Direction—the foundational creative building blocks of a brand,

Why not just hire a full time designer?

That’s an excellent question. To begin with, hiring a full-time senior-level designer costs in the range of €130,000 (950,000 DKK) per year, along with additional expenses for benefits, vacations, and inactive time. Moreover, it can be quite challenging to find an exceptional designer who is available for in-house hire.

Additionally, there may be periods where you don’t have enough tasks to keep the designer occupied

With an AD Plan, you are only committed for a shorter time and for fewer hours each month.

Why not go on Fiverr or 99designs?

Certainly, you have many options to choose from these days—designers from all corners of the world. The decision often hinges on the value I bring to the table, along with the quality of design and oversight. I’m fast, knowledgeable, and have a refined sense of taste and style. If you’re managing multiple subcontractors and overseeing quality control, then, essentially, you are the Art Director.

Opting for a sporadic alternative might not necessarily be the most cost-effective route.

Will my business be a priority?

Yes, I will never take on more than I can handle. Part of my job is to ensure you are fully aware of our status, and get your end of the deal. Collaborating with me should be both enjoyable and stress-free.

 

Can we accomplish anything in 20 hours per month?

Yes, the 20-hour plan is a good fit for many businesses. First and foremost, an efficient workflow is key. I can work swiftly and bridge gaps, minimizing lengthy back-and-forth exchanges. And stacking project hours makes for more valuable time. Additionally, you have the option to allocate a set time for specific projects. For instance, allocate 7 hours for crafting a landing webpage for Product X. If the 20 hours don’t quite meet your needs, we can explore other options, whether smaller or larger.

What services can I expect from you?

I provide support for your full brand visual identity and communications across both print and digital platforms.
